-- in 1989. FX Development provided innovative on-line
financial trading software to investment
and commercial banks worldwide, and is now owned
by Reuters PLC. He was a co-founder of the company
and, prior to acquisition, served as chief operating
officer and a member of the board of directors. |

second company, Cohesive Technology, was a provider of professional services and network security
software.
Exodus Communications acquired Cohesive's services
group in 1999; Cisco Systems acquired
its software group, which he led, in 1997. He was a co-founder of the company and,
prior to acquisition, also served as executive vice
president and a member of the board of directors. |
